Online Albums…

Want to post your own online photo album so your out-of-state wedding guests can view them? There’s a great software application for this task and it’s free! The application is called Jalbum and you can download it and use their online posting process or upload the albums to your current website. I currently use Jalbum for my gallery samples on this site. I plan to add more galleries with different templates that they offer. You can find more information about Jalbum at www.jalbum.net. (more…)

Prints and Albums…

In previous years, I didn’t offer a disc with the wedding images. I required that all prints and images were to be purchased from my online lab. Andy and Louisa…June 27

My first wedding, so far, of 2009 will be with Andy and Louisa here in Sioux Falls. I’m especially excited for this one since it will be my first outdoor ceremony! When Louisa told me that the ceremony was being held in the her parent’s backyard, surrounded by landscaping and a prize flower garden, my eyes lit up. Back in 2007 I did photograph a reception outside, which was fantastic, but I’ve not had the opportunity to photograph the ceremony outside. I can’t wait to see how things are going to be decorated and setup.

Andy and Louisa really impressed me with their relaxed attitude and openness to any ideas that I might have. I can tell you from experience, couples who are open and relaxed always get the best images on their special day. I can’t wait for their special day to get here. I’m already prepping my equipment!

Andy and Louisa contacted me through the GonnaGetWed.com site. Other dates taken include Spencer/Heather on August 1, 2009, Kristin/Trent on September 5, 2009, and Chris/Becca on January 2, 2010. (more…)
